Sake Bar Yumeko is created for people who love to drink and enjoy the atmosphere. In Japan, small cozy bars are  completely different from Izakaya. We see so many Izakaya these day, but SBY's mission is "To be the first and real Sake Bar in Vancouver (possibly in Canada)!
